Guests. The Board heard presentations from the following guests:

Enrollment Services talked about their process and practices to recruit students. Team members included Michael Brown, Lauren Rybolt and Michelle Hasik.

Action Items. The Board approved the following:

FY24 Financial Audit
Grant award for the Rev Up EV Community College Initiative
Purchase of computers from Apple and Dell
Adoption of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual updates
Board of Trustees Public Meeting Notice
Information Technology AAS and Certificates
Plans to proceed with renovations to the College Center and Auditorium
Resolution honoring Chris Spracklin
Tuition and Course Reimbursements

Spring semester began and the campus is in full swing.
Finalizing the search for the Vice President for Academic Affairs within the next 2 weeks.
Decennial committee is working to review the Kan-I Help website to ensure that KCC isn't duplicating services.
