Final Call for FY24 Invoices

Any outstanding invoices for goods or services received in fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024) must be submitted with all appropriate documentation no later than Monday, July 29 at 4:00 p.m. 

All invoices for grant-related items must be received no later than July 8 at 4:00 p.m. to ensure the costs are covered by the specific grant.   

Anything submitted after the above times/dates will be charged to the fiscal year 2025 budget.
