Details about this year's Halloween competition

October is finally here and you know what that means… KCC's Annual Halloween Competition is right around the corner!

We have a new voting category this year: Best Halloween Treats! Last year's treats were so great we decided they deserve their own category. Vote for the department you think has the tastiest or most creative treats to offer.

If your department is planning to participate in this year's Halloween competition for Best Theme and/or Best Treat, please email Megan Ponton at mponton@kcc.edu by Thursday, October 24^th. Previous winning themes include Welcome to the Jungle (Adult and Community Ed 2023), Super Mario (Financial Aid 2022), the Haunted Hammes Bookstore (2021), and Toy Story (Accounting/Business Office 2019).

As usual, we will also vote for Best Individual Costume, regardless of whether you are part of a theme or not.

Please note, we are making a slight modification to the voting process this year in order to be more inclusive of our extension sights. Media will take pictures of all the participating departments/locations in the morning and then voting will open only after all pictures have been posted.
