LMI: Multigenerational Workforce

For the first time in history, five generations are active in the workforce, each shaped by unique circumstances that influence their attitudes and behaviors. This interactive workshop will help participants understand these influences on communication and provide constructive ideas for aligning a multigenerational workforce with the organization's vision and strategy.
