It's that time again—performance evaluations are now underway! This is a great opportunity for all full and part-time administrators, professional/technical and supportive staff to reflect on your achievements, receive valuable feedback, set new goals, and have meaningful conversations about your career development.
What to do:
- Complete Self-evaluation: review your goals and key achievements from the past year. Download the form from the HR portal page under Documents. Check with supervisor for date due to them.
- Send to supervisor: for their review and input.
- One-on-One discussions: meet with supervisor to review and set goals for next year.
- If there are changes to your position description: supervisor to attach the document with "track changes" enabled. Need a copy? Call Janet 8124
- Keep a copy (or save it electronically) for next year's review.
- Submit completed and signed copy to HR
Key Dates for submission to HR:
June 2nd for non-supervisory personnel (full and part-time)
June 16th for supervisory personnel
