Join the Cavalier Connections Mentorship Program, designed to empower new employees and strengthen our Cavalier community. This program focuses on fostering meaningful connections, promoting employee success, and cultivating an inclusive culture that reflects our core values.

Mentorship Objective:
To provide a strong foundation for employee retention, success, and job satisfaction.

Why Become a Mentor?

  • Help new employees navigate their professional journey at KCC
  • Foster a culture of community, inclusion, and collaboration
  • Promote personal and professional growth for both mentees and mentors
  • Strengthen your leadership and mentoring skills

Mentor Expectations:

  • Must be an LDP graduate OR have 5+ years of service at KCC in good standing
  • Obtain supervisor approval
  • Complete Mentor Orientation
  • Commit to the program for at least one year
  • Serve as a positive representative of KCC and align with our core values

Please express your interest by May 30th. Once you have supervisor approval, email Tierra Dixon-Sullivan, Assistant Director of Human Resources, with your supervisor copied to begin the next steps.
