Farewell to Informer 4, Welcome Informer 5!

It's time for a little change! Informer 4 will be officially retired and shut down on July 1, 2025. You might have noticed that Informer 4 and Informer 5 have been running side-by-side for a while now, giving everyone a smooth transition period. We're happy to let you know that all your requested reports have already been seamlessly moved over to Informer 5! This means Informer 5 is ready to fully take the reins as KCC's primary reporting tool, on July 1st, 2025!

If you're a regular Informer user and haven't had a chance to explore Informer 5 yet, we highly recommend logging in before July 1st, 2025. This will give you some time to get comfortable with its updated look and feel.  If you find that any reports you're expecting are missing in Informer 5, please don't hesitate to let us know!
