It's the final days of our annual Employee Giving Campaign, and there is still time to make your gift. The campaign remains open through November 25, and your support can make a meaningful difference for KCC students — especially when they need it most. To sign up, fill out the 2026 KCC Employee Giving Campaign form and send it to Dawn Graveline (dgraveline@kcc.edu).

Incentives
If you've already given – thank you! If not, take a moment to compete the form. Making a difference is the ultimate reward, but as a thank you, the college is offering the chance to wear jeans on Fridays and receive bonus time off with pay. You could also win KCC swag, gift cards, a designated parking space and more! Learn more about the incentives here.

Direct Your Gift
You can choose to support students in several areas; some examples include:

  • Food Pantry
  • Cavalier Fund (used where students need it most)
  • Veterans Resource Center
  • EDI Center
  • Scholarships
  • And more

Student Stories
No matter where you choose to give, your generosity fuels stories of perseverance and possibility.

One of those stories comes from our Cavalier Fund, which supports students where they need it most. One student, balancing school and family, was at risk of losing power at home. A small amount of emergency assistance covered the utility bill — keeping the lights on, the heat running, and the family secure. Because of that support, the student stayed in class, finished the semester, and remains on track toward a degree.

And then there's the story of a first-generation student whose dream of attending college felt out of reach. Their parents work hard, but there wasn't enough saved to cover tuition, and they weren't sure how to guide them through the process. KCC Foundation scholarships filled that gap, opening the door to an education the student's family had always hoped for. Today, the student is one step closer to a future that once felt impossible.

And for our student-veterans, the Veterans Resource Center continues to be a place of stability, connection, and support. One member of the Illinois National Guard related that when they first came to campus a member of the Veterans Association welcomed them and showed then the Veterans Resource Center. They immediately knew they had a place here — a support system.

These are the moments your generosity creates — real, lasting impact when it matters most.

Your gift moves someone closer to their goals.
As you consider how to participate, we invite you to support the area that is most meaningful to you, or another program that helps students build a better future.

Thank you for being part of these stories — and for helping write the next chapter.
