Any outstanding invoices for goods or services received in FY26 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) must be submitted with all appropriate documentation no later than Monday, July 27 by 4 p.m. 

All invoices for grant related items must be received no later than Monday, July 6 by 4 p.m. to ensure the costs are covered by the grant.
