Our Community Listens is a 3-day professional development session designed to help participants learn to listen effectively, express themselves clearly, and build stronger relationships. These skills are essential for success in both personal and professional settings. The program provides opportunities for self-reflection, personal practice, and tangible takeaways that participants can use to enhance interpersonal communication within their teams and across the college.
